A fully fledged, extensible chess game for Linux Mobile based devices.
Features include:
- Support for castling and en-passant
- Loading and saving games, even load .pgn files downloaded from the internet and watch the master's games.
- Theme support. Knights ships with 2 board themes, and two chessmen themes. More will shortly be available.
- Ability to play against the computer, play 'Solitaire chess' with another human, or watch the computer play itself!
- Support for different chess engines - all have their own playing style. Phalanx is included, more will be available shortly
- Click on a piece to show that pieces potential moves - useful for beginner players
- Highlights your opponents last move, a red border indicates that the computer has put a piece of yours in danger
Platform/OS: Linux Mobile
Compatible Devices: Knights will work on the Zaurus SL5000, SL5500(G), and iPAQs running OPIE or Qtopia.
