Glest is a 51MB download and is a free 3D real time strategy game. It's one of those strategy games which is a bit like Age of Empires where you have to build things, create armies, collect gold, wood, etc.

Glest is a free 3D real time strategy game, available for several operative systems and that can be modified using XML
and a set of tools.
Current version includes single player game against AI controlled players, providing two factions for the player to
control: Magic and Tech, each with their corresponding tech trees, units and buildings.
System Requirements
- Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
- Pentium 4 / Athlon processor
- OpenGL 1.3 compatible video card and drivers (ie: geforce, radeon)
- DirectX 9 compatible sound card and drivers, and have it installed on your computer (you can download it from microsoft
website).

When I first looked at this game I wasn't too sure, and the graphics in general I weren't too sure on. After installing
the game and having a play around it seems the game could be pretty good when you get into it. I haven't had the time to
play the game a whole lot, but I'd suggest you give it a go. After all, it's only 50mb.

They're a tiny bit dark, and some people may have trouble seeing them particularly well, but hopefully you can see roughly
